Zeli User Agreement

1. Service Overview

Zeli is a mobile application ("App") that provides: (i) fashion style cards (including clothing brand labels and styling tips); (ii) a personal outfit album for users to upload daily outfit photos, review styling choices, and organize content (for fashion influencers and general users).

2. Account Rules

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username/password).
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; Zeli reserves the right to suspend/terminate accounts with false information.

3. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to use Zeli for: (i) uploading illegal, infringing, harassing, or inappropriate content (including non-consensual images); (ii) scraping, crawling, or reproducing App content without permission; (iii) interfering with App functionality (e.g., malware, spam); (iv) impersonating others or violating third-party rights.

4. Content Rights & Responsibilities

By uploading content (photos, text) to Zeli:

• You grant Zeli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content for App-related purposes (e.g., displaying your outfit album).
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload (including ensuring you own rights to the content and it does not violate laws/third-party rights).
• Zeli may remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws, at its sole discretion.

5. Payment Terms (if applicable)

Some Zeli features may require payment. By purchasing premium services:

• You agree to pay all fees (including taxes) at the time of purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable, unless required by law or Zeli explicitly states otherwise.
• Zeli reserves the right to adjust pricing for premium services with prior notice (30 days).

6. Service Changes & Termination

• Zeli may modify, suspend, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any App features with reasonable notice.
• You may terminate your account at any time via App settings.
• Zeli may terminate/suspend your account immediately if you violate this Agreement, or for legal/security reasons.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zeli provides the App "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Zeli makes no warranties (express or implied) regarding the App’s accuracy, reliability, or availability.
• Zeli is not liable for any damages arising from App downtime, content errors, or third-party interactions via the App.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction, e.g., "the State of California, USA"]. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Zeli (see contact below). If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your jurisdiction].

9. Agreement Updates

Zeli may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of changes via in-App notice or email. Your continued use of Zeli after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
